Call: Contributions sought for the 2nd European Academy on Youth Work
The European Academy on Youth Work (EAYW) provides a regular platform for reflection, exchange and generating knowledge on current European issues, trends and developments relevant to the youth field. The highlight is the biennial EAYW events. For the second event, contributions and studies on innovative practices in the field of youth work are now being sought.
Contributions can address any level of youth work, from local to international. They can come from different areas of youth work, including practice, education and training, research and policy. Proposals can be submitted by all members of the European youth work community of practice.
The second event of the European Academy on Youth Work is planned for early November 2021 in Slovenia. One of the issues to be discussed will be the mechanisms that enable and facilitate innovation in youth work to address the challenges faced by societies and young people.
The call for contributions can be found here. You will also find the link to the online form to submit proposals.
Deadline for submission of proposals is 8 April 2021.
Updates on the ongoing preparations and insights into relevant topics are available as reports, interviews and podcasts in the news section of the EAYW website.
