Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on youth work institutions and structures

The COVID-19 pandemic has among other things had severe impact on and consequences for youth work institutions and structures at all levels. Thus, it puts the delivery of youth work in jeopardy. It will be discussed both the impact of the pandemic on youth work and young people and what is needed to ensure the further existence and functioning of the diverse youth work structures.

Andreas Karsten works for Youth Policy Labs, a small, creative, slightly rascally research agency in the youth sector, leading an international team of participatory research, public policy and open data aficionados in Berlin, Helsinki and Vienna.
